Astoria Amarone


The grapes harvested by hand are planted for drying in hillside fruit until January and then crushed and processed with traditional vinification in red with prolonged maceration for 20/25 days; once the wine is finished, it is decanted and transferred to oak barrels for two years. After this period it is bottled and refinement for several months.

Tasting Notes: Colour: Deep and rich, with garnet hues.

Aroma: Complex and spicy, with hints of cinnamon,cherry jam and fruit in spirits.

Taste: Full-flavoured, with notes of black cherries,vanilla and coffee grounds.
