Cinzano Bianco is a fragrant, full-bodied and delicate aromatised wine prepared in accordance to an original recipe from a company that has operated since 1757. Light yellow in appearance, the nose will pick up on peach, flower blossom with notes of fresh thyme. The taste is of vanilla bean and cinnamon with hints of fruit. It is an extremely versatile sweet vermouth that can be served either as an aperitif or as a cocktail ingredient but should always be well chilled.
