Sourced from Burge family owned and grower vineyards across southern and central Barossa which allows consistency in style.

Tasting Note

Imminently shareable, this full-bodied wine has chocolate, coffee and ripe raspberry aromas. A palate of juicy raspberry and mocha is rounded off by subtle oak and silky, soft tannins.

Maturation

Matured in a combination of French and American 300L hogsheads for 18 months, approx 15% new oak.

Pair with porterhouse steak, roasted garlic potato mash with red wine vinaigrette or slow cooker lamb shank pies and spicy tomato chutney.
