Concentrated and brooding with a ripe core of blackberry, boysenberry and cassis. There are complex aromas of damp earth, cocoa, bay leaf and integrated cedar oak along with fragrant lavender.
Palate
Full with a fleshy but firm texture. There are supple fine grain tannins along with balanced acidity. Once again there are ripe fruit characters of boysenberry and blackberry with damp earth, cocoa and cedar oak.
A ripe and complex wine with good cellaring potential.
