Mr Mick’s passion for producing wines for everyone to enjoy is well demonstrated in this classic blend of Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, a blend that has been popular for many years. This traditional blend has distinctive varietal characters of plums, blackberries, coffee and dark chocolate with hints of violet flower. It is a mouth-filling wine of great length with textured soft tannins, just the way we like it!

Winemaking Notes Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were fermented for a week with their skins, gently pressed and racked prior to French oak ageing. After oak maturation, parcels were selected and blended, filtered and bottled.

Food Pairing It is suitable for drinking anytime from the present to ten years of age, and will complement all red meat cuisine.
