Ordering Information

To process an order you must first Register or Sign In on our website. 

Products can be searched by using the key tabs along the top and can then be refined by using the filters.  There is a search icon on the right hand side that allows you to search by product name.  You can also follow the links on our home page direct to our Specials page, Featured Products or Best Sellers.

To place an order

  1. Enter a quantity next to the product you would like and click on ‘Add to cart’.
  2. Repeat step 1 for all the products you require.
  3. To see what you have in your cart click on ‘My Cart’ (shopping trolley). This will show the item and quantity ordered.
  4. In ‘My Cart’ you can amend your order by changing the quantity and clicking on ‘Update Cart’. You can also completely remove a product from the order by clicking on the ‘X’ check box (RHS) next to the product you wish to remove.
  5. Select Shipping Method.
  6. When you have completed your order, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  7. Complete all the required fields and click ‘Place Order’
  8. Read & accept the terms of use to proceed to payment method.
  9. Once order is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email.

Out of Stock

If a product ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted and advised of this. We will endeavor to offer a substituted product of similar quality and price. If you are happy to proceed with your order with the substituted product then delivery will be as normal.

Methods of Payment

At the time of placing your order you will be required to select your payment method. Your payment method can be online payment by Credit Card.

If your credit card is declined your order will not be processed

Returns / Credits / Refunds

Credit claims cannot be recognised unless reported to Cons Liquor within 24 hours of receipt of Delivery.

If an order is cancelled prior to delivery then a refund will be processed the next business day. A cancellation fee may apply in some cases.

If a product you ordered is damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods purchased, you must call Con’s Liquor within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery.

Claims for shortages must be checked by your delivery driver & reported immediately. Please check your delivery before signing.
